We have been providing pre-seed capital and board governance support to LodgeWise at a very early stage of the project. We have established the brand identity and the overall marketing management of the startup, and have been providing mentorship to the management team. We also provide support for preceding stages of funding. Recently, we brought the project to Shenzhen, China, to pitch to our network of investors and have successfully secured substantial interests.
Overview of LodgeWise Technology Pte Ltd
LodgeWise Technology Pte Ltd is the developer and operator of property management platform, LodgeWise. LodgeWise is a centralised platform for assets owner to list and market their rental assets. It also provides assets owner with the option of integrating with a suite of proprietary AI-based hardware to realize a fully autonomous and unmanned user experience. LodgeWise has been collaborating with our property management arm, Iconomy Ventures Pte Ltd, in developing a concept hotel that integrates such technology.
