We believe in diversification of portfolio in different assets classes, to hedge risks exposures. Therefore, besides investing in companies, we adopt real estate investment as part of our assets preservation strategy.
Our approach to real estate investment is established on two objectives: assets preservation, and returns maximisation. To achieve this objective, we adopt the strategy of procuring assets in jurisdictions with stable sociopolitical environment, and revamping of assets structures to maximise yield.
